Try this simple grape jelly recipe. I have gotten many compliments on my grape jelly using this recipe. The only deviation was I did not add butter and I used 3 different types of grapes. Red, White and Blue! ~ The VT Apple Lady

DIY Fire Cider
In a quart or larger jar:
8 – 10 cloves garlic
¼ c grated horseradish root
¼ c grated ginger root
½ c chopped onion
Hots- 3-4 cayenne, jalapeno or habanero peppers
Or 3-4 tsp or Tbsp. cayenne powder
2 whole lemon or orange sliced
Cover with apple cider vinegar (at least 2 inches cover) transfer to larger jar if you need more space.
Add your own favorites!
Turmeric root, Cinnamon sticks, rosemary, whole cloves or your favorite edible herbs.
Place in visible location for 4 weeks – shake daily
After 4 weeks, strain liquid into jar for use. Add honey to your desired taste. Place in refrigerator for longest storage.
Use 1 tsp in tea, mix with water to drink from a small glass (cordial or shot glass), in salad dressing, over vegetables or wherever you like. Enjoy! Agnes
